This demo will show an easy way to replace the sky texture in your photo. This demo will utilize two photo the original photo and the sky replacement to be used.

Replacing sky texture in photoshop using sky replacement tool
First import the photo and go to Edit>Sky Replacement. a new window will pop up.
Add the image of the sky that you want as a replacement by clicking the plus + button in the window. Select the photo from your directories and hit ok.
Wait for the photoshop to process your image and you will end up with the result like the photo below.
